Lemon Chilli-Shrimp-Ramen-Burger

I have to admit that this guy didn’t turn out the way I was hoping for. The burger buns made of ramen are dope but the shrimp patties, though well seasoned and super tasty, fell apart and turned out to be all crumby … Therefore, just a picture to inspire you, omitting further instructions though. I’ll re-do and improve this one and then share an easy-to-follow-success-guaranteed recipe with you!

For 6 burgers

Healthy stuff:

1 red onion, juice & zest of 2 limes, 1 fresh red chilli, 1 garlic clove, 2 TBS cilantro, 2 eggs

From the sea:

250g peeled, deveined, thawed, raw shrimp

Saucy stuff:

200g sour cream


Salt, black crushed pepper, sugar
